Certifications: American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and National Exercise Trainers Association(NETA). Diploma-Everest College-Fitness Trainer Program. I retired from the Air Force Reserves in March 2006. I became a massage therapist in late 2004. I've always been physically active, but not a fitness "freak". I wanted to offer my clients more avenues to help with their healing and injury treatment. I was fortunate enough to get hired here at Total Woman where I'm able to help women of all abilities with their health and fitness efforts....and THAT is my passion: helping people find their own motivation, self worth, strength and achieving their goals as the end result.
